After printing the 2 Pages Above, follow our

EASY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Attach the printed RETURN LABEL (First Class USPS) to a PLAIN envelope (not Priority envelope) along with your Return Item.
  • ONLY ONE RETURN ITEM PER LABEL **For more than one return item see -instructions below
  • Include your completed "Customer Form" in the package with the "brand new" return item (to indicate Exchange or Refund).
  • Please use a regular blue or black INK pen to fill out customer form. (not pencil or colored pen or highlighter)
  • No paper clips or staples in package please.
  • Mail via US Postal Service within 3 days- you can take it to any US Post Office or give to any USPS carrier or schedule a pick up -see instructions after you make your label.
  • We will process your Exchange or Return as soon as we receive your package!

** For more than one return item- Repeat ALL the steps above for EACH Return Item. So if you have 2 Jerseys to return, print 2 customer forms, 2 return labels, and put each return item into its own package and add label and put correct completed customer form in each package.
